Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TopTile, a macOS application made by HikaLabs, and of toptile.io. By installing the app or subscribing you agree to them.

The service

TopTile is a desktop utility: an always-on-top tile of developer tools that runs locally on your Mac. Your license is governed by the EULA; these terms cover the subscription and the website.

Subscriptions and billing

• TopTile costs $5/month or $50/year, processed by Polar as merchant of record. Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified before any change affects them.
• Cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in the app. Access continues to the end of the paid period; no further charges follow.
• Refunds are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. If something's not right, email support@toptile.io and we'll sort it out.

Fair use

• One subscription covers the Macs you personally use.
• Don't redistribute the app, resell licenses, or work around the license check.

Disclaimers

TopTile is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HikaLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
