End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and HikaLabs and covers the TopTile application for macOS.
License grant
With an active subscription, HikaLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TopTile on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for any lawful purpose, commercial work included.
Restrictions
- No redistributing, sublicensing, renting, or reselling the app.
- No reverse engineering or modifying the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- No circumventing license validation.
Updates
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features; they are covered by this agreement.
Ownership
TopTile is licensed, not sold. HikaLabs retains all rights, title, and interest in the software. Everything you create while using TopTile is yours.
Termination
The license ends if your subscription lapses (the app returns to a locked state) or if you materially breach these terms. You can end it anytime by uninstalling and cancelling.
Warranty and liability
TopTile is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HikaLabs' total liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months before a claim arose.
